Wanted – Temporary Assistant Office Administrator

Could you be our Temporary Assistant Office Administrator?
The role will include answering and transferring calls, making telephone calls, and supporting our office administrator with tasks such as managing post, filing, sorting and preparing client correspondence and literature.
Applicants need to have a good telephone manner, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work without supervision.
Part-time daily hours are available until Christmas, with the possibility of extending until March 2019.
