With 50 years already under its belt, Giving & Living 2015 got the next 50 years off to a great start. The show generated valuable business for exhibitors throughout the four days. This was reflected in high re-booking levels, with many of the largest stands already booked for 2016. The many visitors to the show enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere, often spending more than one day at the show. The new ‘Enhance’ area proved to be very popular with both visitors and exhibitors, and will be back at Giving & Living in 2016.
“2014 was really good, and 2015 far exceeded expectations. This is a key event on our calendar” Quay Traders.
Paul Thomas, of show organisers Hale Events presented John Sherriff of Sherriff Designs with a £250.00 John Lewis voucher at the show. Their company name was drawn from the list of companies who re-booked their stands.
“It is great to see exhibitors with established brand identity at a location in the South West. The location is easy to reach and the halls are ideal”. Card Sharp
“It’s nice to see smaller businesses as well as some of the larger ones. I like to support British business and there is a good selection of British businesses at the event”. Rose Cottage Interiors
“The show introduces us to new suppliers on a personal level. As we can actually see the products it makes a huge difference – obviously you can get a much better idea if you would want them than just a photo on line or in a catalogue. Questions can be asked and it really helps if you can start to build up a relationship with the wholesaler”. Voyage Fair Trade
“One of the nicest trade shows I have attended, lovely atmosphere, I am always looking for something new and while there were some exhibitors we have seen before, it was lovely to see new things. It was well worth the long journey”. Wyn Abbot
